LQ084V1DG43 is an 8.4-inch LCD panel from Sharp. This module is a color active matrix LCD module incorporating amorphous silicon TFT (Thin Film Transistor). It is composed of a color TFT-LCD panel, driver ICs, control circuit,  power supply circuit and a backlight unit.

Graphics and texts can be displayed on a 640×3×480 dots panel with 262,144 colors by supplying an 18-bit data signal (6-bit/color), four timing signals, +3.3V/5.0V DC supply voltage for TFT-LCD panel driving, and supply voltage for backlight. The viewing angle is 12 o'clock. A backlight-driving LED controller is built into this module.
