When installing G104X1-L03, the first step is to properly reserve space based on its mechanical dimensions (243.0 × 184.0 × 7.0 mm). With a slim thickness of only 7mm, it is important to ensure that the enclosure cutout aligns precisely with the active display area (210.432 × 157.824 mm). At the same time, sufficient space should be reserved for interface connections and heat dissipation during internal structural design.
For mounting, it is recommended to use the side mounting holes with screw fixation as the preferred method, as this side-mounted structure provides better stability compared to adhesive mounting. During installation, a 0.5–1.0mm EVA or silicone buffer pad should be placed between the metal frame of the panel and the front housing to absorb vibration and mechanical shock. Additionally, ensure that all four mounting points are evenly stressed to avoid localized pressure, which could lead to panel deformation or uneven display (Mura effect).

(1) Avoid applying excessive force such as bending or twisting during assembly.
